We are thrilled to announce Valerie has been awarded both the Cultuurfondsbeurs from the Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds (a major Dutch research foundation) and a Centennial Center Research Grant from APSA’s Centennial Center for Political Science and Public Affairs. These two grants will support Valerie’s research on ties between international development/humanitarian organizations and local governments and how varying relationships in this realm affect aid outcomes following natural disasters. Please join us in congratulating Valerie for this wonderful and well-deserved recognition of her incredibly prescient research!
