Kris-Stella Trump is Associate Research Professor in the Department of Political Science. She studies political behavior and political psychology, with a regional focus on the United States and Western Europe. She is particularly interested in perceptions of economic inequality, attitudes toward income differences, support for taxation, and how people reason about deservingness. She was previously Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Memphis, and holds a Ph.D. in political science from Harvard University.
